How Seller Financing Works
Buy Land with $300 down with our Seller Financing Contract
Make your $300 down payment then pay monthly and after a successful 24 months of payments we will transfer the deed into your name.
Exclusive, Off-Market Listings
We specialize in acquiring lots from diverse channels at wholesale rates. Once acquired we exclusively list the properties ensuring they remain off-market unless through us.
No Agent Fees or Commissions
We offer land at the best low prices and since we own the land we eliminate the need to pay any agent fees or commissions.
No Credit Checks
We do not check your credit so anyone can finance with us.
Interest Rates
Our Seller Financing terms allows you to own property outright at the end of the agreement with no interest added.
Fees
We charge a $199 documentation fee that is added into your monthly payments.
